Whether it is a major outdoor display or a small trade show booth, our BAs combine unforgettable products with memorable experiences that leave consumers hooked. They are hardworking, outgoing, and always eager to represent your brand with a smile.

Product Specialists

Experiential events work because of the people on site and our Product Specialists are true representatives of your brand. ETM has our own internal training program, ensuring our Product Specialists study and learn your company before an event. They can speak intelligently about you to your guests, truly becoming the liaison between customers and your brand.

Event Management

Our Event Managers are the “team captains” of all our events. Their job is to act hand in hand with you to ensure your event runs at maximum efficiency; think of them as your employees because their focus is to always have your event goals in mind. They are a single point of contact for all aspects of the activation, making it easy for you to have a successful event.

Support Staff

The unsung heroes of event marketing! With a broad understanding of what makes events run smoothly, support staff are the utility members of our team, always ready and prepared to carry out a variety of needed tasks throughout events. Load in / load out, keeping kiosks stocked, display maintenance, cleaning, opening and closing doors…if it needs to be done, our Support Staff does it.

In-Vehicle Hosts

In Vehicle Hosts are much like our Product Specialists; they’re in the vehicle to demonstrate it and its technology, answer consumer questions and enhance the overall experience for the consumer. Additionally, they watch for the vehicle itself, keeping an eye out to prevent damages.

Pro-Drivers

Our hand-picked team of pro drivers comes from every motorsport discipline: Indycar and NASCAR, Sportscars and Road Racing, Sprint Cars on dirt, Modifieds on pavement, Motocross, Autocross and even NHRA Drag Racing. If it has wheels, we provide what we call "Motortainment"... Using vehicles to engage, entertain and excite your guests.

Emcee

Professional Hosts keep people entertained and engaged from the moment a guest enters the display. But big personality isn’t enough; our emcees know your company and can craft messages that thrill guests and motivate sales. Product information, trivia contesting, behind the scenes stories and fun truly add to your event. Additionally, music playlists can be crafted specifically for your brand and include the proper licensing.
